Ford E350 Box Van Cube / Truck 89,000 Fully Equipted / Work Ready!! in Hicksville, New York For Sale

I am selling privately my xxxx Ford E-350 Super duty 5.4 with only 89,000 miles. No tools are included in this sale. Runs like new, powerful, fully equipped and work ready!!!
Everything works as it should. Ive owned this vehicle since xxxx and use it every day. I still have it registered and insured so you will be able to give it a proper test drive. The interior in the front cab is extremely clean (like new except rip on driver-seat). No stains or smells of any kind. This has always been a non smoker vehicle. The exterior is also in very nice condition. On the front cab exterior, there are no dents or any scratches. The paint still shines like new. There are no issues whatsoever mechanically or cosmetically. I just had 2 new front tires put on last month and the 4 rears were done last year. Recent brake job at all 4 wheels. Aftermarket alarm with motion sensor in rear box, vinyl seats interior. Full heavy duty roof racks. Front coil springs were upgraded to e450 cargo springs and air bags were installed inside the springs (fully and easily adjustable). The rear leaf springs were upgraded with 3 additional leafs added on each rear side. Exhaust from cats back was replaced last year.
Rear cargo box interior:
Diamond plated aluminum flooring, 21 dresser sized drawers and 7 extra large drawers with ball bearing glides (200lb load rating each). Full 2x4 framed shelving around entire box with overhead storage. 48" double florescent fixture installed plus utility outlets. The red craftsman tool box is not included in the sale of truck. Floor length is over 13' and with overhead the cab overhead its more than 17'. Completely work ready!!
Exterior snap lock signs:
The border/frame of these signs act as piano hinges and open up. When opened up, an aluminum skin pops out. There are no existing letters on them and are ready for your advertising. You can even letter up one side and then flip it around to the blank side when need be. It takes a matter of seconds to flip the aluminum skin around.
I take very good care of all of my vehicles and always do the routine maintenance them. Oil was changed every xxxx miles or better. I only use motorcraft synthetic oil and filters. This is an excellent running work truck that needs nothing and if taken care of, will last a very long time.
